We combine finest steel quality, advanced machining, heat treatment technology and fine workmanship. To choose the right material with proper tempering for exact hardness needed in each machine’s roller take experiment. We believe in continues research and development to produce high quality roller with fine performance at reasonable prices

We work using our own advanced machinery to meet top quality standards and all of our customers’ demands and needs Our extensive inventory allows fast production using the “right on time” delivery concept. TFICo. quality policy is to take a planned approach to continuous improvement of our products, processes and services. TFICo. production is carried out using conventional, NC and CNC machines. We also perform various heat treatments. We tend to exceed our customer’s expectations 100% of the time.

   Quality Control

We are fully equipped to perform all testing in-house. Our employees are charged with the continuous monitoring of our exacting quality standards. The official company and acceptance stamps are not applied to consignments until they have successfully completed the final check. We subject every single component to an exacting dimensional and surface roughness check. A final 100% positive material identification  is performed prior to shipping.
